Ceramic sharpening rod (fine #3000). Rod length 26cm.
Angle guide for sharpening Rod. 35° angle guide. All indicated angle sizes are ‘included angles’. That means that if you sharpen a knife at a 17,5 degrees from one side, ‘included angle’ is marked as 35 degrees.
Compatible with:
Full flat V-Edge kitchen knives up to 3mm spineSilicon cap do not allow angle guide to slip off the rod while sharpening and protects it from breaking in case it would fall.
