We offer professional kitchen knife sharpening service by mail. We use Japanese Naniwa Chosera and Shapton Ha No Kuromaku water stones and sharpen by hand. You can send us your knife and we’ll take care of it and ship it back once we’ve completed the job. After that, we will make sure that your knife cuts like new for a symbolic fee of 12€.
If you would like to sharpen your knives on your own, we offer an educational video where we will instruct you how to do it with our KYL Sharpening System. If you sharpen your knives using whetstones, the main thing to keep in mind – the sharpening angle should not be more than 15-20 degrees per side (30-40 degrees included angle).
In case you have not done this before, we highly recommend trying it on cheaper knives first.
