Product Description

Modern, timeless design meets traditional craftsmanship. Our “Hamaguri” shaped blade which originates from the Samurai sword, allows you to cut effortlessly in a straight line. The blade is made out of high-carbon stainless steel that allows for a high degree of hardness and durability. Our special heat treating technique combined with sub-zero cooling at -70 degrees Celsius creates extremely durable, flexible, unbreakable blades with superior edge holding ability.

 The handle is made out of aluminum which is both rust and rot resistant, and the signature heptagon-shape handle allows for secure control and comfortable grip when chopping or slicing.
